A MAD WORLD, MY MASTERS — Shakespeare

The greatest comic artist of the 19th century is the German, Wilhelm Busch. His innocent fun, based upon the delicious cruelty of the Middle Ages, is like his humorous invention, inexhaustible.

He is the master of the comic story told in series and his village drunkards, amazing birds and monkeys, and little boys still bring happy tears to the eyes.
